No batsman has been declared Timed Out either in Test Cricket or in One Day International Cricket till now.
However, there have been 4 instances when a batsman was declared out "Timed Out" in first class cricket. These instances are given below:
1) Andrew Jordaan - Eastern Province v Transvaal at Port
Elizabeth in 1987–88
2) Hemulal Yadav - Tripura v Orissa at Cuttack in 1997
3) Vasbert Drakes - Border v Free State at East London in
2002
4) AJ Harris - Nottinghamshire v Durham UCCE at
Nottingham in 2003

No one has been internationally timed-out. But the closest came Saurav Ganguly in the last SA-India test in 2006 due to a confustion created by the fourth umpire. Ganguly came in 7 minutes after the earlier batsman was dismissed. As it was a goof-up by the umpires, the SA players did not appeal for the "timed-out"
