i read an article about Carlos Tapia Ponce and 2 other guys, in 1990, newyorktimes.com. the US gov. confiscated 20 tons of cocaine. imagine how much millions that's worth. do you think the government SELLS IT BACK TO THE STREETS? imagine from 1990 to 2007 alone how many thousand tons are being held by the US. They know its money $$$

As I look around there are plenty of TV Spanish Channels and Radio Stations in the USA. ATM and govertment forms are in English and Spanish. States like Texas, New York, New Jersey, Arizona, California , Florida, etc. have large Spanish speaking populations and some states were originally spanish colonies. All Puertorricans are american and their main language is Spanish and then English as their 2nd language. As I look at congress, many of the members are fully bilingual(English-Spanish) And most politician speak or at least attend to speak Spanish. Even the President speaks spanish. It seems to me that English language domination is over. What do you think?

I am contemplating entering into a partnership with my brother mainly to invest in securities and/or make loans to other businesses. Basically, we anticipate the income to be mainly from buying/selling securities and from interest income from the loans. How is gain or loss computed? Say the partnership sells securities at a gain, does the partnership recognize gain or do my brother and I recognize the gain and report it on our 1040? What about interest income? Does the partnership recognize ordinary income gain and if some of the money is distributed to my brother or I, will we recognize gain as ordinary or capital gain?

About a month ago a good friend of mine came to me and tried to talk me and my wife into swinging with him and his wife. My wife didn't want to at first but eventually she was a liitle interested. Well we all got together at his house and at first we still weren't sure about it. After some drinks and some time in their hot tub we were switching partners. Now here is were the major problem is. He only lasted about 8 to 10 min with my wife. So for what seemed like an eternity my friend and my wife watched me and my friends wife go at it. My wife said she got nothing out of it and didn't even come close to finishing. Well since then I have slept with his wife 7 times. His wife says he can't satisfy her. My wife doesn't know about the 7 times with the other woman. How do I approach my wife about bringing my friends wife into our bed. I am looking to build an outdoor shed to keep my chinchillas in, I've seen many people do it and I really need more space. I currently have six chinchillas and am planning on expanding my herd to atleast ten.
Since I live in Canada (where it gets snowy and cold) it would have to be insulated. I would need to to be heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. (I've been thinking solar) Any ideas of how I could go about doing this? Does anyone have any plans?
Any information will be appreciated. Thanks.

I spoke to a collection agent today about an old debt that I am trying to pay off. They offered a settlement for about 20% less than the total. They informed me that if I took the settlement it would look bad on my credit report. Any truth to this or is this slimeball agent just trying to get as much money out of me as possible?
I was under the impression that even if I pay the settlement offer from the collection agency that it will still show as being paid on my credit report and the account being closed.
