Soft drinks are artificially flavored. They contain the wrong sugars for your body. They've been proved to cause cancer. Yes, they contribute to weight disorders. Quit before you have complications. Overweight is undigested food in your intestines and fat is undigested poop. Stop the soda and clean your digestive tract out. Eat raw fruits and vegetables for a week or two and you'll drop the weight. I lost 20 lbs. in a month when I did this. Good luck.

That really depends on how much soda you drink. I know many people that quit drinking soda and did lose weight. But, those people drank soda all day long....
It would definitely help with weight loss, but you may need to do other things as well. Cut the soda out, drink water instead, AND eat healthy---I bet you'll lose weight then!☺

I'm a soda addict.
I'm also a pretty fit person.
Diet Soda is like drinking battery acid. That being said it has zero calories, so I have two a day. One in the morning, one at lunch. Satisfies my addiction and doesn't cause me any health problems.
Yes, it will help you loose weight. Good nutrition and excercise are even better, but everyone has to start somewhere, and sometimes just a little thing can get the ball rolling, so to speak.

Sodas are so terrible for you, but you wont see AMAZING results or intense losses of weight. I don't drink them just for the fact that they have so much damn sugar.

Yes it will because of the sugar. Especially if you drink them daily. Walking would help you to lose faster if you added it into your program.
