A little gift basket of tea, coffee, or snacks would be nice--3:00 is when my blood sugar always drops! :) What a cute idea--good luck!

Tea Time! Buy a pretty bone china tea service or silver tea service. Or....buy a cute tea kettle, and a couple of pretty tea cups or mugs with a small matching plate for goodies. Arrange in a basket with some nice shredded filler, and maybe a set of linen napkins, some scones, shortbreads, tea cookies, etc. A variety of teas, both in the bag and loose. A tea strainer for loose tea. Arrange kettle and cups. plate and goodies in a nice reusable basket with a cute bow on it...done!
If you purchase a fine tea service, the store should properly package it . The store might even wrap it for you.
Either way, she should really like this gift.

You could get her an electric tea kettle, I'm including a link for one at Walmart, I'm not sure how much you want to spend, or for less you could buy a hot plate. She could make herself a nice cup of tea at work to give her an energy boost and a moment of relaxation to help get her through the rest of the day.
A cup of tea actually helps calm and lower your blood pressure and stress levels up to two hours after drinking it. You could include a box of yummy teas.
The new Snapple Hot Teas bags are really good, especially Honey of an Apple black tea, Mango flavored green tea and Strawberry flavored white tea. Plus, tea is really good for you too, because of all the antioxidants.

a gift certificate to the nearest spa...she could take off a couple of hours early and go get a facial or a nice deep tissue massage before returning home. A moment of silence before returning to her "mad house". It sounds like she needs a lil break....

I can't think of anything except a gift of a snack food and/or coffee and tea. There is not much to choose from if she is at work at that time.

Tea and biscuits or chocolate! Or, a foot massager ...or some sort of a meditation tape, or an exercise video for office exercises . . . or a book she can take on her break ... or ... a box of pretty stationary and a nice pen so she can write thank-you letters . . . or . . . um, trainers so she can take a walk ... or . . . noise-cancelling headphones and a music CD ... Those are things I'd like.
