HELP!! Is this a correct techniqe for layering hair? DO u see any flaws that can occur?

ok so for my demonstration speech i'm layering a friends hair in under ten minutes. Is this a correct technique to use? do u see any flaws that can happen? ANY advice would be much appreciated.

1. I start with the bottom layer and trim it a little.

2. I work my way up and take a row of hair and hold it up and over extend it and cut it .

3. i do that until i get to the crown of the head

4. i angle the bangs by using my slanted fingers as a guide

5. i angle the front of her hair to frame her face.


Also, When layering hair, do you start with the front or the back of the head?
And are u suppose to even it out? Like cut the crown of the head the the next row of hair down, ure suppose to cut it even with the row before it? do u kinda get it??? ok i need help!!!!


OK ANY ADVISE OR SOMETHING I SHOULD DO OR NOT DO??? PLEEEASE I DONT WANNA RUIN OUR FRIENDSHIP AND MAKE A FOOL OUT OF MYSELF IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE CLASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in a rural area. I have about 1.5 acres of land with a tiny bit of lake front. I have what you might consider a mobile home, though once installed, it really is no longer mobile, more like a low end modular. It cost me about $80,000 and being lower middle class doesn't mean I don't have rights.
About 1/4 mile away is a fenced in lot of about 4 acres. When they cleared the land somewhat and fenced in a part of it last fall, I had no idea what was going in there.
Now I know. It is a pellet gun or air rifle range. It opened about a month ago. Initially, the dirt bank at the end of the range was about 5' tall. There was nothing on the sides. Now the back is about 7' tall and part way down the side towards my house is a dirt bank about 3-5' tall.
I've got several holes. I've got a broken window. My car has been hit. My dog house has been hit. My kid plays out back. The owner offered to pay for damages. The cops say it was accidental, there's nothing they can do. This is ridiculous

This is just a survey.

I don't see why anyone would not. All the other major candidates are either liars or flip floppers. Hillary Clinton can't make up her mind on her stance on Iraq, Giuliani has divorce problems and otrher domestic issue problems, McCain flip flops on all kinds of issues, Barack Obama is too young and he says what everyone wants to hear, but he doesn't say how he wil do it.

My doc prescribes 30 a month and says to take one or two a day as needed but I keep running out before then 15th day. I don't think i'm addicted because I never withdrawl from them but I think I need more of them a month and my doc won't refill them for me..I don't want to ask him for more because I don't want to sound like I'm trying to get drugs out of him and then go to another doctor and get picked up for doctor shopping...what should I do? This all started with a few attacks that sent me to the ER and I know this sounds crazy but i'm scared to death of having another attack like that ( fear of frear). I could take it less but it doesn't seem to be working as well as it did when I first took it do I need a higher dosage? a new doctor? a shrink?
