I have a picture somewhere, of a poster we made for a customer about 5 years back; in it, two people are sitting at a bar, with that sign conspicuous above them. The man is fully dressed, the woman is wearing no pants, but shoes, stockings and shirt. Apparently she got her drink.

i always thought the same thing.
i guess it's kind of hard to get "service" if your pants are on

Well, if he didn't have any type of pants, (shorts, etc) then I'm pretty sure they wouldn't let him/her in. I think that about covers it.
