Yes I feel the same way and if you look in the archives from yesterday and today, you will see hundreds of people who did the same thing and feel the same way. :)
So today I ate as healthy as possible...drank more water, ate oatmeal, ate some fresh fruit and vegetable soup. I'll get back on that treadmill tonight during Dancing with the Stars, and will feel better tomorrow (I hope). And so will you!!

I over ate too. However in the process made a interesting discovery. If you will gorge yourself on the colored hard boiled eggs, get in your car, insert a tube in yourself and the other end into the gas tank. Bam! Instant and free fuel!

Just because you splurged for one day don't give up altogether....you have NOT undone all the good you had accomplished. Just go right back to your diet.....it's not the end of the world, but you'll REALLY feel bad if you give up altogether.

I did. I'm not on a diet, but I'm sure now there's a bit of a tummy there *looks worried.*
Anyway, just go back to your normal routine, and likely you'll go back to your normal weight after a bit.

I did to but after lifting some weights running I felt better. Just cause you slipped it doesnt mean you have to start over.

same thing, believe it or not. I went jogging this morning and I'm kickboxing tomorrow so I won't beat myself up too bad. It was a good holiday.

your'e allowed to indulge every once in a while dont feel so guilty, well done for being faithful to your diet and exercise just keep at it like you were, youll be fine

It's normal to indulge. Make sure you go back to your routine today... eatting healthy and working out! And make sure you you treat yourself once in a while.
