I was doing my daily breast exam and I notcied that theres a round lump above my right nipple, but not my left....if i push down its hard....im kinda worried =( im only 19 and my mom had to have multiple cysts removed from her breasts in her middle 20s. I know i should see a doctor, because it might be nothing..but im still worried, and ive been having enough problems right now.

i'm trying to lose the last few pounds, but it just refuses to come off. i even gained 0.02kg today. (seems obsessive, but yeah) i just can't seem to go anywhere below the freaking 71.5kg zone. i go to the gym everyday, loose about 500cals day, but they just refuse to go off!

i'm eating really little for the last 2 weeks. just dinner basically. must i eat all 3 meals if i wanna lose the last few pounds?

right now, i'm 71.7kg. yesterday i was 71.5kg. 2 weeks ago i was 75kg.

my goal by this sunday is actually 68kg, but my eventual goal is 65kg.

can anyone help? suggest what i should eat, when i should eat. must i lose more cals?

Theres this guy who lives in a flat opposite me. We are both on the same floor but different buildings. I am a nosey neighbour and I often see him walk round starkers. He knows I am there but it never bothers him. Recently he has started looking at me through binoculars and messing with his thing in full view of me. Who is wrong? Him for being a pervert weirdo or am I just as wrong for being nosey and spotting him in the first place? I want to go to the police cos hes scaring me now but I dont want to get done for being a peeping Tom. Help!!!

Oki, if any of ya'll have went through this problem and fixxed it tell meh how please.. i get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep at night tops. I either go to sleep at like 11 pm and wake up at 2-4 and cant go back to sleep, or I'm not able to go to sleep till like 3, and i have to wake up at around 6 30 to get ready for school. I've tried taking this Tylenol Pm stuff, but it either doesnt make me sleepy or it takes about 4 hours to hit me. Any tips? :D

but, when i wipe , i have alittle brown on the TP, when i put in a tampon , its still brown. Im not sure whats going on. But i was told it could be Implantation bleeding , or it could be old blood. Last week i had sharp back pains. I have never had a regular period. I dont know whats going on. Also, it has a real bad odor to it. Please help!! All answers are welcome. Thanks :)

My breasts are a little on the large side. I am a 34F. I feel more secure sleeping with my bra on. If I take it off to sleep My breasts feel very tender and heavy. I was wondering. Am I doing any damage by wearing a bra 24/7. I wear underwire bras with wide straps for extra support. Recently I have noticed a permanent red mark under my breasts where my bra sits on my rib cage. thats why I was wondering if i may be doing unseen damage to the breast tissue itself ..
