Red Wine is the best. It's because of a compound in red wine called Rosveritrol. Tons of research is being done by both food scientists, pharmaceutical scientists, plant scientists, geneticists, etc to isolate, and make it available in tablet form. but really, who wants to do that?! RED WINE! If I recall correctly, DARK beers do about the same thing, with a little less potency

You don't want to drink too much, usually a glass or two.
