The woman is the assistant to a knife-thrower in a circus show? The new shoes have higher heels than she normally wears, so that the thrower misjudges his aim and one of his knives kills her during the show???

Well…it is simple. She died her natural death!! And since she was alive before she died (walllah…) she had to wear shoes, and so she had one pair…Technically, we all die after we buy a pair of shoes. Some die soon, some like you, die after they use the same pair of shoes for say about 20 – twenty years.
So here is the tip….DO NOT BUT ANY SHOES IF YOU WANNA LIVE!! HA HA…HA.
