my husband and i moved in this past august with my parents.and there have been a lot of problems in our marriage b/c of it.my mom is prying into our business (looking at our bills/pay/bank statements) to make sure we aren't mooching off of her (not going out to eat, or making unnecessary purchases.) the agreement was to clean the house every week, which is fine. my hubby got a 2nd job so we could have a little spending money, but now are under such scrutiny every time we go out. where are you going, why are you going, don't spend any money. it's awful. i really feel as if i'm 15 again. i understand that my parents have gone out of their way for us, but no matter what i do, my mom is looking to pick a fight (just like when i was in high school)...i mean, i've graduated college and have been married for almost 2 years. she just is out to fight with me. anyway, we want to move, but are worried she will hate us forever...we're really not in a financial position to move again.

Ok, I was playing basketball today and went up for a rebound with one hand, got and someone behind me grabed it pulling back, i felt a click then a grinding, like your knuckles rubbing each other. Then at the other end i went to put my arm up, and felt it again, then nothing after that. There was a little pain on the first one and none at the second one, just a weakness. Did I dislocate it or pop a tendon or something?

Our cat just threw up part of a leaf to a peace lily that we have as a house plant. I've read that they are poisonous to cats, but since he threw it up is he okay? The vets are closed today or else I'd call them!

I used conservation of energy and set mgh = KE(rot) + KE(trans) + mg2R. Using V=sqrt(Rg), I found the minimum speed the ball must have at the top of the loop and found it to be 5.512 m/s. For the right side of the equation, I used KE(rot) = 1/2Iw(omega)^2. For a spherical ball, I =2/5MR^2.
Now I have
mgh = 1/2mv^2 +1/2(2/5)MR^2(w^2) + 2mgR
M's cancel
w = v/R
So I was left with
h = (1/2(v^2)+1/5(R^2)(v/R)^2 + 2gR)

h-2R = H = 2.17m

Is that right? and how would I do it for a disk.

ok well my daughter brought home this terrier mix that she found wondering on our farm. we own three dogs of our own a shepherd a collie and a choc lab. she wants to keep this dog but i am trying to convince her that its better if we take it into the spca . but every time i mention that she starts crying . and goes on about what will they do to him if he doesnt find a home fast enough and about what if he gets abused in his new home. she is only 8 and i really dont no what to do . i cant have anymore dogs and we have no friends or family that want the dog. and ive told her about sos(save old souls) that is a place were they do not but animals down. but she says then they probably have to stay in a kennel all day. what do i do ireally need to no
