No. There is no magic potion for losing weight. You have to regiment yourself in order to lose weight, and you have to be sure to have the support of nutritional information so that you won't be sabotaging your health just to be skinny. Drinking milk is a good way to help fill your belly and not lose out on nutrients. Just drink the milk before your meals, and inbetween if you get hungry.

Drinking any tea will help you lose weight, it's 0 calorie, with antioxidants and vitamins etc, nothing bad about it. Get looseleaf tea, it's the best.
It's the next best thing to water, some would argue that it's better.
