Ok, I was playing basketball today and went up for a rebound with one hand, got and someone behind me grabed it pulling back, i felt a click then a grinding, like your knuckles rubbing each other. Then at the other end i went to put my arm up, and felt it again, then nothing after that. There was a little pain on the first one and none at the second one, just a weakness. Did I dislocate it or pop a tendon or something?

I tore my ac joint in my shoulder and I was unable to left my arm. I did it getting a rebound playing ball. You can move your arm but it hurts to do it. It isn't dislocated but you might have torn something.

Baby it for a day & if it doesn't feel better, go and get it checked out. I have dislocated a sholulder before and trust me...it causes so much pain that you will know it. You may have strained something in there a little bit.
