Today my vision went all blurry for about 30-45 minutes. After it started to go i had such a bad headache.

Are the two connected and will it happen again?

thanks

Perhaps a migraine or a vertigo problem? It could happen again, anything is possible. Write down what you felt and expreienced, and take that information with you when you go to see the doctor.

It could be a migraine but where the vison went blurry for such a long time before the headache I would go to urgent care and get it checked out right now to be on the safe side.

The vision disturbance is call an aura. It is a symptom of the onset of a migraine. Migraines are vascular headaches. The aura is caused by vaso-constriction and the pain with vaso-dilatation.
It could also be a symptom of something more serious, TIA, or brain tumor.
While it is more likely a migraine symptom I would get it checked out to make sure it is not something more serious.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

See your doctor immediately. Blurred vision is one of the symptoms of Diabetes. Also, a brain tumor could cause your symptoms. Even a thyroid problem could be the culprit. SEE YOUR DOCTOR NOW!!!

Sounds likea migraine. You should always go see a doctor when there is a change in your vision because it can be serious and corrected before it gets worse.
