I just started to till a spot for my garden and I got about 2 inches in and realized under that is clay!! I don't know if anything will even grow there. If you have any idea what I should do let me know thanks

He has lost his wife, kid's and is killing our father. I have tried to talk to him. He only gets mad and runs away to a crack house. He has been in jail 7 times with no help. he gets out and is back on crack. my father keeps getting him out of jail knowing what he is getting into. I have begged him to let him stay in jail. This is has been going on for years. I am very ill and the whole situation is stressing me out. I can't talk to my father because all he does is tell me all of the bad stuff my brother is doing. I love them both very much but I also love myself and my marriage. My husband has told me to cut all ties with them. I did that and when I called a few months later it all started again. My father is very poor and is about to be kicked out of his house because of my brother. Is there a place I can call to force my brother into rehab? Thanks for listening.

Ok, what exactly gives the Israelis the right to a homeland?

They were scattered throughout the world thousands of years ago. Apparently by their god who they must have pissed off royally.

So 1947-48 rolls around and all of a sudden they have a right to a homeland??? How does that work?

Can I claim a right to your house and walk in with a gun and force you out? Or do I need an old dusty set of scrolls where it is "written" that i have a right to your house.
Just asking cause i don't get it.

Doesn't peace start with atonement? And in this case would that start with the Israelis? The Arabs were just hanging out riding camels before 1947 living side by side with Jews in the land now called "Israel" Then all of a sudden the Jews (with the help of the Allied powers, who were punishing the Arabs for picking the wrong side in WWII) decided they had a right to a homeland and kicked the Palestinians out of their homes and off their land.

I change the water every month...I would change it more often, but it's really not up to me... I think it's ich, but I don't know how to treat it. he doesn't SEEM sick, ( hes doing his thing;sucking on the glass etc.) but i'm concerned about the spots...anyway please help. thanx

We elected him (twice), we elected the rest of the governmet officals, and they SUPPORTED the war in Iraq when they passed the Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq. The House of Representatives adopted the resolution on October 10, 2002, by a vote of 296-133.
The Senate adopted the resolution on October 11, 2002, by a vote of 77-23. So why are people jumping to the other side now and saying that this war is illegal and/or Bush's War?

I am doing a project on 6 physicians that understated their taxable income by $50,000.-$75,000. I am trying to find the actual tax law that states what will happen to you for doing this. i.e.- penalties,fines, prison time, criminal violation and etc. I have to write 2 papers for and against these physicians being sent to prison and really need this information to put in my paper but am having a hard time finding the correct code/law on the IRS website. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Such great civilizations living in the Americas in Pre-Columbian times would surly have left proof of their existence. We now have detailed knowledge of Meso American civilization and none of my Professors would endorse any part of the Book of Mormon. We know all about the Incas, Aztecs, Mayas, Toltecs ect. We know all about how they lived, how they died, what tools they had, what plants they farmed. Nobody ever heard of a jewish race of people living in the Americas named Nephites or Lamanites. The tools and animals they speak of were inconsistant with Pre Columbian times and no trace of them or the "Land of Zarahemla" or "City of Nephi" or anything conclusively related to the Book of Mormon has ever been found. If there was a "Great Upheaval" that erased their existence, it certainly had no effect on anything else down there. The story about the Lamanites skin color changing from white to brown because they were "evil" really ticks me off. Stop playing the race card .

Building an AR-15 for my girlfriend. She is short (small for a chinese woman) and thin. I've put a 16 inch collapsible stock m-4 style in her hands and she seemed o.k. with it. My thoughts are something she can shoot club side matches and otherwise play around with. Has anyone built an ar under similar circumstances? Got any suggestions? Also, is the 243 25 wssm gaining any ground? Can you use an m4 buffer, spring, etc with a 25wssm upper? I know it will be a bit unbalanced but I am thinking of her using this for deer season.
