yes. Most definately, 99% of the people "it" would be done to are to oblivious to their surroundings to notice the diabolical scheeming of any mastermind.

Yup, everybody seemed to be falling for it before the kids in the Mystery Machine arrived. So he/she/they really would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those meddling kids and their dog.
