My mother is suffering from alternating slow and fast heart beats .The doctors diagnosis was sick sinus syndrome .Surgery was performed and she was fitted with a pace maker to regulate her heartbeat and medicines as well .Since then she never recovered fully and recently she was laid up in bed for ten days in pain and completely fatigued . We are from Assam. Does anyone know a good heart surgeon or heart hospital in India ? Please recommend .if there are doctors online can you please suggest what further action should be taken ?

I have some issues with my girl and I try to bring them up to her in an open communicable way and she always retreats and doesnt want to deal with it like she thinks it will all go away. I have issues with her respect, being inconsiderate of my feelings and omissive behavior which hurts the trust. She never owns up to doing anything wrong and I cant ever get her to talk to me. We have been together for 9 months and these are supposed to be the golden times. My problem is recently I have gotten mean with my words because Ive been banging my head against a wall for so long. I suggest we get a little breathing space to not see each other as much and she says fine I want a fews days to myself and wouldnt even say she loves me and that this will show how much I trust her. The thing is that she is the one at fault and she admits she is now and she wants the break. So I give it to her and we are on day 3 and I cant stand it but I wont talk to her and she keeps sending me messages. Im waiting.

What would you do if your assistant general manger gave you a letter from a fan?? Would you email the person back or completely ignore them??

I recently emailed a CHL team website asking how if I sent a letter to the address on their website if it would get to the player. Well, the assistant general manger wrote back and said just attach it and he will give it to him first thing on Tuesday. So, what would you do as the player?? I quite nervous AKA excited to see if I get anything back.

How many letters do you think he gets from female goalies (me, he is their main goalie)??

Should i learn .net or java? Where are going to be more jobs .net or java in future?Currently there are lots mnore jobs for java as i found out from job sites, but i also found articles on internet saying that .net offers better performance and better development enviornment(ide's) etc which make faster application development. java is platform independent but i also heard that the mono project for .net on linux platforms is doing good with support from microsoft. So would java survive in next 5 years ? I plan to learn one of the two technologies . It seems to me that there would be a shorter learning curve to .net than java. Seems there are too many competing technologies(struts/jsf) withjin java itself where as this is not the case with .net. My BIGGEST CONCERN IS THAT I WANT TO LEARN ONE OF THESE AND FIND A JOB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT also plan learning a technology that would survive atleast a few years, so that my exp. counts for atleast some time before outdating. Pls help.

okay if you put water in a partial vacuum where the atmosphere is reduced a little then the boiling point of the water will be reduced.........is this correct? and if you lower the pressure enough inside or remove enough air then the boiling point will get very near the freezing point. when water boils it turns to a gaseous state and gives up and absorbs thermal energy very quickly......or at least faster then it would if it was a liquid.....am i correct. it is true that if air is in a vacuum that is has half the pressure then what is outside it the air inside the vacuum will balance out and become the same temp as the air outside the vaccum even though it is half the pressure.
