If it's a local song then where are you located? LOL! Local songs are usually only popular within the radius of its best radio station. If you're thinking about 'Hey Baby' by Gwen Stephani then that's definately NOT local as it is popular all over the world at the moment. So if the song is indeed LOCAL, then only other people from your location would know it. :-)
