I like to work out in the morning, but I'm not sure if it's better to work out on an empty stomach or to eat a little something before going to the gym.

Which is better for losing fat?

Thanks.

While it is true that you burn more calories from exercising in the morning, it is not a very significant difference. The average is 86 extra calories so i just say you should do what you feel like.

Work out on an empty stomache and you will burn even more calories.

If you're doing cardio work, I'd work out first to avoid upsetting my stomach and to allow full flexibility. If you're doing weight training, I'd load up on carbs for energy and quicker recovery.

Its better to eat and go for walk because without eating u may feel tired and may not be able to walk for long distance.

Before. In the army, we ran a mile every morning before breakfast.
