Not quite your normal Hot Chocolate but absolutely decadent is the Bicerin.Invented around a century ago and virtually undiscovered outside of Turin this is THE best chocolate drink - a dreamy delight – made of layers of coffee, chocolate and cream

mexico-its really good
they use cinnamon and chili in it
they use authentic ingrediants
I however use:
*3 tbsp hot coecoe mix
*1tbsp choc syrup
*1/2 tsp cinnamon
*1 pinch chili powder
*1/4 cup milk
*3/4 cup boiling water
boil water add ingrediants reduce heat simmer a few minutes
I found this recipe online(cant remember site) and it was simalar.I think every country adds their own touch thou.
(im a self confessed chocoholic.)

well i don't know unless you tryed every body's hot chocolate in the world you would not truly know that answer
