The work-out will boost your metabolism, so therefore your body will digest the food better. It would not hurt to eat a little something first, so that the calories from the meal will be burned while you work out. For quicker weight loss, do something physical an hour before you go to bed. Bicycle, do stretching exercises or dance for an hour. You will lose weight

That's a tough one. Maybe you should have like a power bar before you go work out, because if you eat a big meal, you will most likely throw it up after physically exerting youself so much, and if you eat nothing, you will be fatigued and unable to work out. So definitely DON'T do it on an empty stomach. After you work out, you probably get hungry, but don't binge eat till you are full, just eat a normal meal that you would eat. :)

it is best to work out on an empty somach. Do it before even having breakfast. This allows u to use your store of fat as an energy source. Work outs also help to speed up ur metabolisim for some time... so better eat while having a fast metabolisim ;)

Its never ok to work out before eating because you'll be to weak. If you don't want to eat maybe eat a healthy milkshake to fill you up. But one time when my mom was younger and she didn't eat breakfast and then she had gym class she passed out in gym from energy loss.
*SO BE SMART AND EAT*

the body is in a catabolic state from the nightly fast. exercising in this state can cause a greater loss of muscle mass over time. consuming a small amount of protein and carbohydrates will reduce the catabolic effects of exercise. exercising while in a fasted state is neither optimum for performance or fat loss
