I need to buy a 2 bed property in Essex. The house prices are crazy! I earn too much to get help from council etc but not enough to buy.
Have looked at shared ownership schemes but they are reserved for key workers and people on the housing register (which I am not on because apparantly I earn too much).
Any suggestions??

Right here goes, i have a combi boiler upstairs at the front of the house and i want to fit a shower in the bathroom which is downstair in the extention in the back of the house, the hot tap is ok but not as powerfull as the cold. If i have the hot tap on then put the old on the pressure drops on the hot. The boiler reads 1 bar. What can i do so i can have a shower running off the boiler?
I cant have an electric shower as it would be to complicated to install and would cost a fortune

I get pee shock so easily...What are the usual procedures for a company (prejob, postinterview) drug test? Do I get into a robe? Have to be watched? Ive never been tested before. Thank you! Its going to be done by a company called "Sterling" I believe.

I have been getting really dizzy lately. I am quite worried as it is really annoying. I drink alot and go to bed early enough but whatever i do it doesn't seem to get better. When i stand up it happens alot - i know that is normal but i sometimes black out for a second. My parents say it is just "Hormones" - as my mum says everything is!! :D! I think it might be something worse. Has anyone else had this and what can i do to make it better??? Should i go to the doctor - even though it might be nothin??? please help!!!

my girlfriend and i have been together for about 6 months and we have had been together in the past as well. i know that i love her but i want to sleep with other women as well.

i did just that about 3 weeks ago and it didn't feel the way i thought it would feel.

the girl was cool and kind of crazy but i smashed anyway.

while the two of us where doing it my girlfriend called and i ignored the call.

since then my girlfriend has been acting all wierd and doesn't talk to me the same way. like she is disgusted with me.

so the question is should i tell her i cheated or just leave the situation alone?

Dogs pregnancy suppose to last 63 days from first tie. My other female like clock work. This female should have been due last monday. second tie would make her due today. No other ties. And no signs of having pups. they are kicking up a storm though. Anyone want to guess when these pups will come out? oh yea and she is loving this cause when we check her she rolls over to have her belly rubbed. tongue haning out. What a freekin fruit cake.

I do all the time as I've got 5 kids & a house to run + a job. I see that my husband only does one thing at a time i.e. couldn't make breakfast, get school bags ready, dress kids, eat, brush hair at the same time.

My friend doesn't drive, so I take her and her child to school daily along with me and my child. She had aquired a small dog who rides along with us. He is very ill-mannered, barks excessively at people, scratches the paint on the exterior of the bed as he hangs over going nuts, he also urinates in the bed of the pickup. Also he rides unrestrained in the cab, and so his hair is everywhere. There have been times I have been distracted as he climbs over my lap, and interferes with my driving. When I expressed my dismay, telling her maybe he needs a shock collar or some kind of training, she has now decided to resume walking her child to school and when I drove by, she didn't acknowledge me and I feel she is mad at me now. So I was hoping for some answers on how to deal with this issue. Was I wrong to feel upset about her dog's behavoir? He has also attacked children in our neighborhood, when he has escaped his tie-out. Would love to get some advice about this. I own a dog, as well.

I am 20 wks pregnant. I had sex with my boyfriend on Nov 20th with no condom and he ejaculated inside me. I had sex again on Nov 28th with a condom. I cannot figure out when I conceived. Ive done several ovulation calculations that point to the 20th, but my implantation bleed points to the 28th, and my doctor's estimated conception date points the the 24th!!!
