I think that depends on your requirements. If you are used to just eating once a day, you are not hurting yourself as along as you are eating foods that keep you healthy and I am sure you know what they are. A lot of doctors will tell you that "grazing" or eating only when you are hungry is better than going on a starvation diet. I think you are taking care of your body quite well.
I usually eat just one meal a day myself, but will drink a glass of OJ or V8 in the morning or eat an apple or banana. So, I guess that is a mini meal. I do that to keep up my immune system

rather eat smaller things throughout the day like snack bars. its very bad for your body only to eat once a day. i also wanted to loose weight and i also only eat once a day and now i am suffering from anorexia. please eat at least 3 times a day. eat fruit and healthy food to loose weight.
