there are several mammals that can't jump. Aquatic mammals obviously can't jump when on land (whales for example). Elephants, probably hippos, definitely not sloths (can you imagine them even trying?), most bats, platypus.....

The elephant is the only mammal that cannot jump. The bones in an elephant's foot are more closely packed together than other mammals so they do not have the flexibility or spring mechanisms that would enable them to jump.

Possibly domestic pigs. At least there is an
entire humorous poem about a pig lamenting the
fact that it can't jump. Poem possibly by Lewis
Carroll, but I'm not sure about that.

Seriously, though, I'd imagine rhino's wouldn't jump, either. Not that far or high, anyway.
