I am 5'9 and weight 207.5 pounds. 28 yr old male.
I have reduced my calories to 1250 a day on my diet and have already lost 4 pounds this week. How much weight can I expect to lose and how quick? I have a light work out every morning and have reduced my fat intake.

She lied to me, cheated and wants me back. I broke up with her and that was that. She said she needs a second chance but I dont trust her. I made up my mind, but what do you think? Am i right to drop it or should i give her a chance?

Most of us are aware of the basic theory, which states that as automation becomes more efficient, few workers are needed to produce more goods.
However, as automation continues to increase exponentially and as computers become able to reproduce intellectual work once thought to be the sole domain of human intelligence, it would seem we face the possibility of an economy where the vast majority of humans are no longer required to keep the economy functionning.
But this leads to an obvious paradox as most people still earn access to economic goods through their capacity to provide labour.
So Is there a breaking point where automation makes the social contract of work versus goods unworkable? And if so, what can replace it?

I have been growing my hair for about a year now and have just got it trimmed, but it feels like that whole year of waiting to get my hair long is wasted as my hair is now back to my normal length. Any suggestions on how to help my hair grow long and most importantly healthy? (the reason i got my hair trimmed in the first place was because it was so ruined from all the straightening and blow-drying i do.) Also any hairstyles i could use that doesn't involve using curlers, hair straighteners etc. Many Thanks :)

Like other people using the Internet, I receive unsolicited emails that are clearly scams and frauds. Most of these are meant to trick me into giving up personal information that can be used for identity theft or to access and clear out my bank account. I have also received a couple that come in the guise of job offers that are either identity-theft related or they are looking for patsies to unknowingly involve in money laundering schemes. I would like to pass these emails onto law enforcement, the FBI, or whichever is the appropriate agency dealing with cyber crime. Is there a reporting site on the Internet?

My nephew just turned 11 years old and he is such a whiner. I mean anything he can't do or does not like, he whines about it. Also, he always talks back to be sister and has an opinion about everything. For example, if my sister says that is enough TV, he would say well, you are going to watch TV, why can't I? My hair had some dead and split ends, so I got a couple of inches taken off and had layers put in. The ends look much better but my hair seems much more coarse. I've maintained layers in the past (never cut with a razor), but I've never had this problem. It was smooth and healthy-looking before, but now it is wiry and won't curl well. What's going on? Is it because she used the thinning shears?? How do I fix it?
