I have been growing my hair for about a year now and have just got it trimmed, but it feels like that whole year of waiting to get my hair long is wasted as my hair is now back to my normal length. Any suggestions on how to help my hair grow long and most importantly healthy? (the reason i got my hair trimmed in the first place was because it was so ruined from all the straightening and blow-drying i do.) Also any hairstyles i could use that doesn't involve using curlers, hair straighteners etc. Many Thanks :)

You should get your hair trimmed regularly, like every 6-8 weeks. Just get a half inch take off. And make sure you thoroughly condition it. But, it is true that after a certain length, some people's hair doesn't grow any longer. I don't know why this is. But it is.

your hair was fried, so now those nasty ends are off your hair will be so much better! Take prenatal pills...they make your hair and nails grow like weeds! Also, you need to take more essential vitiams and then when you are healthy on the inside your outside shows it like your skin and hair!
