I am 5'9 and weight 207.5 pounds. 28 yr old male.
I have reduced my calories to 1250 a day on my diet and have already lost 4 pounds this week. How much weight can I expect to lose and how quick? I have a light work out every morning and have reduced my fat intake.

I am a 6ft 34 year old male. I followed basically the same plan you have outlined. I started at 287 and lost 45 pounds in 51 days. I have a big build anyway so my ideal weight is 200 pounds. Hope that helps you have some idea of what you can expect.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

you should continue losing weight fine
if you work out more, you can eat a little more calories and still lose weight
so far it sounds like you are doing fine
you should strength train and eat more protein so that you can keep slim when you stop losing
