ok so, there's this kid in my school and he's in one of my classes and one day after class he went up to my friend and said that he knows that i lyk him and i do but my friend didn't know that so she said why would she evr lyk u.. then he said well does she?? nd my friend so no and he looked at her then walked away and he won't even talk to me now.. does that mean that he likes me or what?? cause i do lyk him nd i don't know if i should tell him or not.. some advice pleasse! thanxs

Okay, here's the thing, this is my mom's computer I'm trying to work on, and it was working fine yesterday. However, now when I try to boot, it gets to the XP loading screen, it goes away like it's about to load the OS, and then it just cuts off and starts over, saying "Windows failed to load properly", and then gives me the options of "Safe Mode", "Safe Mode w/Networking", "Safe Mode w/Command Prompt", "Last Known Good Configuration" and "Start Windows Normally".

I've tried these all, and it can't even boot into SAFE MODE. Help?

There has been a maths problem...
take x=1
x^=x
x^-1=x-1
(x-1)(x+1)=(x-1)
x+1=1
x=0
How can this happen?

I am new to the country and cannot find information about how much the "take home" pay is for a certain salary, or in other words, how high are the deductions. I was offered a job and need to answer soon... I am afraid that I will end up earning the same as my daughter that is just a babysitter, but would be accepting a multilingual very challenging technical job with shifts which implies a very long drive (which also means I need to buy a car, with the ensuing expense!). I would be earning 40K to start. If there is a website where I can find the information I will also be grateful for it!

I am a mother but my children are grown and studying, I do not know whether that has any effect on the deductions? Also not if my age is relevant... I am 46.

All of my friends seem to be able to talk to their mums about anything, and joke about with their dads, as can my sister with our parents.
For some reason i don't seen to have this bond, and i want to know if there is anything i can do to perhaps get this bond.

My mother i think wants it too, but she is very critical of everything i do and always has been. I have never been good enough in her eyes. I don't see why though, as i would always get good grades at school and was in the yearbook team, school band, charity group and everything else. I did have a rather long rebelious stage where i would go out and get drunk, not come home and argue a lot but i grew out of this.

There always seems to be this akwardness with my father and to be honest i love spending time with him when my sister is there becaus he is a laugh, but on our own it just feels too akward, and i know he feels it too and as a result we barely speak.

I have never been able to confide with either of them. I moved out a
