In continuation to the above is there some thing called faith healing?Have any of you come across people who have completely changed due to the above?

There is nothing in yoga to help change a person's attitude.

Yes, I saw a big difference in my Daughter-in-Law when I suggested she try Yoga. Now she is not so upset by everything and she has mellowed. I think Yoga is good for everyone.

Yes i think it makes a person calmer and more serene, i think yoga is also wonderful excersise for the mind and body, and it makes you calmer, i saw this in my niece when she was trying yoga, usually she would play fight with me and it would get rather aggressive and after woulds, she wouldn't even want to play fight, she was definilty calmer

Oh, absolutely, But it serves the purpose, when you give it quiet comitted time regularly.
