The Bible says God is Love (Agapeo). Notice that it does NOT say love is GOD. There is a difference. All of Gods attributes actually are the sum total of what He IS. And they are all overseen by Love. A Love that caused Him to send His Son to die. For YOU!!! I sure hope for your sake that you dont spurn that Love. Or make "light of it. Sin must be pretty awful if it caused the death of the Son of God. And then to reject that Love. I'm sure God takes that rejection pretty seriously. Turn to Him. Take care.....theBerean

Man Was created in the image of God..We can imagine that image means an idea he had in his head..However, if we just merely ask our Heavenly Father in the name of Christ what is..We would find out that image means...We look like him, In his image created he created us, and he us calls us his children. When a calf grows up what does it become.. A Cow right? or a tadpole becomes what? A Frog? What God is?/ A glorified ressurected being.. A tangible immortal being with Flesh and Blood, skin and eyes..Contrary to popular Belief God is not Everywhere but in one single place at a time.However he is all-knowing and can discern anything.. He could be best described or compared to the Sun..The Sun is only in one place yet we all feel the warmth from it..What God is? He is our Father we our his Children and he is no less then what we are nor what we can eventually become.but the choice is ours Good and evil is before us and we choose whether to be Good or Evil.So now What God is? Our Dad.....

it depends on the person and thier religeon i guess.. some people is one great man who could do amazing things and change the world .. some believe he is and was the creater of All .. and some believe that god is the spirit of everyone and everything . and in that spirit feel love for others feel pease and contentment .. god is diffrent to each and every person so asking what god is really is a void question because if you dont know then you have no real beliefs and havent found god for Yourself yet

To answer your question Mr. Unitelligent, God is The Father, God is the creator, God is The Spirit that created all things, & he is also the God that is looking at your stupidty & your mockery. God IS also the one that knows all things, even the very intents of your heart, mind, soul. Now unitelligent, tell me who you are, I don't mean your name, You really can't come up with a true answer can you, come on now.

God is a spirit, and those that worship Him, worship Him in spirit and in truth. Those that continue to worship Allah and fail to come before God humbly asking forgiveness and pleading the merit of Christ's death on the cross are doomed to an eternity of suffering. Don't mock God or His followers. Think abut your eternal destiny.

Hebrews 12:29 For our God is also a consuming FIRE.
His personality has allot of qualities; Love, hatred of bad, power, wisdom, knowledge, perfection, holy. He can see all of us at the same time.
Likely there is more to God than he has revealed. My opinion. He can cope with nuclear energy easily I believe.

God is a Spirit, infinite, eternal, and unchangeable, in his being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth.
Me thinks I smell a pantheist in the group.
Pantheists believe that All is God.
You are God,
I am God,
Animals are God,
Trees are God,
Rivers are God,
Streams are god,
All God creation is God.

There are three things which make God "what God is". He is omnipotent (can do anything), omniscience (knows everything) and omnipresence (everywhere at once). It is these three abilities that make God "God".
There is one character trait that makes God "who God is". He is love.
Of the two, "who" God is is the more important.
