Looking to find out the FCC guidlines are for billboard advertising (specifically in California if possible). What exactly can you get away with on a billboard? Are they privately owned? Need to know ASAP....writing a research paper.

Im going to law school next semester and the only thing that worries me is not being able to get a GradPlus loan because of a credit check...I dont know what my credit score is, i just graduated from college so I've never worked full time, however, Ive paid off about 4 grand in student loans already from college, and every month for 3 yrs my credit cards are paid off w/o ever receiving a finance charge......Has anybody personally or know someone that has been turned down for a GradPlus Loan?

heres the whole story it was the last day of my period so i would say barely any blood was passing.so me and him had sex for a coulpe minutes.well he was nervous...and when guys get nervous they stay thick but can't grow right.so anyways he was inside me and we don't know how many times but he did precum.the thing is the condom slipped off.he put i back on really quick thou.so my question is could i be pregnant.i know u can get pregnant from pre *** and sometimes on your period.i haven't had really any symptoms.i've been eatting junk food and then feel like throwing up but only twice out of the 3 weeksand it was during the day,and i'm always tiered,my back hurts,and my overy hurt juss a couple days after we had sex.i took a test yesterday and it was negative.my last period was march 11-14 and my period is expected on the 8th i think so i know it was too early to take the test.could i be pregnant?

My daughters father(still lives at home with his parents at 28) & I were never married. We were very young when our 8 year old was born. I am now married, with 2 more kids. My husband ,and daughters' father do get along very well. He sees her maybe like 1 day a week. We have to move about 3 hours away. We can't afford to live where we are living now. We are totally willing to still let him see & call her as much as he wants. I'd even drive the 3 hours to take her to visit him. I still have family living in the area and will be back several times a year. So it's not like we are leaving and never being heard from. How do I soften this blow? How do i tell him what's going on without him getting angry and possibly suing for custody?

how did that happen, and why don't jewish people (since sumerian tablets stories are similar to the old testament ones) and christians use them to teach-or do they accept that as fact? The history channel also did a special on this and one story mentioned Adam having a previous wife (Lillith) before Eve who had to be replaced by God because she was disagreeable towards him. Are these stories looked at as being false? If they were written before the bible's version, then why so? Why are they ignored?
