Double click the clock and go to the Time Zone tab. You should have the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" ticked.

I think you need a computer professional to look at your system, because if the clock was set up the right way to begin with your clock should have changed to suit your timezone automatically without you having to DO anything.

You may have the wrong time zone selection. check and make sure you have the correct time zone selected.

right click on time
go to adjust time
then at top go to time zone
check if you have the daylight savings checked or not at the bottom

Make sure you are as up to date as possible on all system patches. Since you didn't specify computer type, it varies by system what to do. If windows, just make sure you are fully up to date from windows update.

Also, if you are on a domain, make sure all computers in the domain are patched and up to date.
