Apparently you either may be bored or have a physical problem that a DR can help you with. There are a lot if things to spice up a marriage: toys, games, dress up, role play. be creative or buy a book.

Maybe your suffering with ED Erectile dysfunction . This happens sometimes due to long married life and boredom or stress.
Try to spice up the sex life with toys, role play etc. Can take help of porn, by watching together, trying out new positions etc.
