I'm trying to find a daycare program for my 3 month old son. I'm trying to decide:

1) traditional day care or private home based day care?
2) national franchise day care (like kids r kids) or smaller private owned day care?

And what are some things that I should look for in a daycare? What questions should I ask when visiting a center?

Sorry... I'm a first time mom... :)

if so then is there a deposit to turn it back on? if they send a letter stating you need to pay this much by this date for a discount persay, does this mean you can get your gas restored? if anyone has ever gotten a shut off and got it back on, aprox how much was your deposit?

Girls giggle around me for the most mundane things. I was putting on shoes once in a car and they laughed. One girl started giggling everytime I opened my mouth. And it's always worse when they travel in packs. It's actually a bit scary. Why do they do it?

How often would you be able communicate with someone back in the states if you have no cell, email or mailing adress?
I have been talking to a man for 2.5 years. Ever since he left we talk hardley ever. Spoekn to him 5 times since August 2006...Is it his job holding back, or is it just me? What would you say?

a credit agency came in contact with me about a debt supposily from when i was in the military and when i got paid and discharged, they said they overpaid me. can they accually come after me if i have paperwork showing that everything was paid off the day i was discharged. they said there was some mix up, and i owe them. but how was i suppose to know after 2+ yrs after being discharged, and my paperwork shows no such debt at all. what do i do, and who to i contact?
