I know I am going out with my friends drinking in the night. What should I do during the day? Maybe sangria at a tapas resteraunt for lunch.. maybe see a movie? Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated.

okay i was wondering...im trying to lose about my last 7-8 pounds and i have been following a strict diet for the past month. today i decided to have a cheat day for dinner i had a hienekin beer and around 9 pm i had lasagna again (i had it for dinner) and around 12 am i had rice chips (salt and vinaigar) and i had vegetable sticks? too much or is it okay to have a cheat day once in a while trying to lose weight?

when i go to download the program it says "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer."

i do what it says to do and then it open a folder that i don't know what to do.

and can i download the program in anohter page??/

Someone I did not know passed earlier this week. However, I have known her son for 8 years and my husband has known him for 10 years. She lives out of state. I've been struggling with what to write in the card. Simply signing it does not seem enough. I picked out a very pretty card, but I feel like I should write something thoughtful.

Recently a guy that i was sorta hooked up with dumped me for another girl. Well now he doesnt like her anymore cuz he still liked me and says he made a mistake. I still like him but i dont just want to go back to him. Another problem! So today this girl I've liked for a while went to a movie with me a three others. We've made out before and held hands and what not. She had told me at the time she just wanted to be friends for now. So today we were watching the movie and the moment was perfect she looked into my eyes and I looked into hers and we would have kissed but because of the way I was sitting we couldnt lol. I could have asked her out then but I didnt since everyone was around and I wanted it to be private. So I waited until it was just me and her driving home and she said that my friend had let it slip I was gonna ask her out but things havent changed and she still just wanted to be friends. I reallllly like her, and I'll still be spending quite a bit of time with her. I can see us becoming good friends. But I hope to one day mabe ask her out again, what do you guys think? Should I just let it go or follow my heart? I can see us being friends sure but, shes all I think about and I cant see getting over her.
