how can i download the gimp in Internet explorer???

when i go to download the program it says "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer."

i do what it says to do and then it open a folder that i don't know what to do.

and can i download the program in anohter page??/

don't go to the ftp site, that's for downloading the source code. get the windows installer
