okay i was wondering...im trying to lose about my last 7-8 pounds and i have been following a strict diet for the past month. today i decided to have a cheat day for dinner i had a hienekin beer and around 9 pm i had lasagna again (i had it for dinner) and around 12 am i had rice chips (salt and vinaigar) and i had vegetable sticks? too much or is it okay to have a cheat day once in a while trying to lose weight?

If you don't have cheat days once in awhile, you will blow the diet completely if you feel you cannot do it anymore.

I don't know if they incorporate "cheat days" into their diet program now but, Weight Watchers used to do this. It just might be a good idea if you don't go too crazy. Search around the Weight Watchers website, ask someone who knows, or email or contact Weight Watchers if you want to know more about the specifics of how they incorporate this concept into their diet & then maybe use this info with your specific diet. It is perfectly fine. You have to reward yourself for a job well done or you will get burnt out easily. Just do it sparingly and get back on the diet the next day.

Too much. I'm not even on a diet and I still don't eat this much.
