I recently found out that he was online with a woman that lives in SC and was telling her how much he wanted to spend a week with her, and they both have a web cam, I am sure you can imagine what happened next....He says he is happy with me and that he doesn't want anyone else, he's just bored. Currently unemployed due to medical reasons, so why does he do it when he knows it hurts me so bad?

If you have trouble getting a good night's sleep, try this all natural sleep aid. (It will take some preparation but it will be worth it.)

30 minutes before bed:

Drink one small glass of warm milk.
Drink one small cup of Chamomile tea.

Take the daily recommended dose of zinc
Take the daily recommended dose of magnesium
Take the daily recommended dose of vitamin B6

(It's OK to take a multi B complex as well, but B6 is the one you're really looking for here.)

You will be amazed how well you sleep, especially during the morning hours roughly between 4am and 8~9am. Your REM cycles will be deeper, last longer and take you to the distant worlds of the dream time realm.

Remember that if you get enough zinc, magnesium and B6 in general you will sleep better, but if you take them all regularly, the "impact" will be lessened. I usually do this when I have the next day off and can sleep in. Do you know any other ways to get a good night's sleep? Please tell me!

I'm about 28llbs over weight and haven't been to the gym in some ten or so years.... I don't exercise at all, (just the usual running around after the kids)...I've tryed home exercises in the past but end up over doing it, ( exhausting myself or doing myself an injury) which makes me give up too soon... I know the gym instrustors are going to push me so i WILL over do it...this i want to avoid as i know i won't go back...

SO i heard someone say that this girl that keeps getting guys that just want to be friends is cuz she is so easy to talk to that they just put her right into a "friends" group instead of girlfriend material... This has happened to me before that guys have said the just want to be friends but admit they like me...why is this? Is it possible that i have a trapped nerve in my upper back. My symptoms are neck pain shooting into my head, aches in muscles all round chest, shoulder pain and tinglly feeling sometimes in front of chest. Thanks for any advice.
