If you have trouble getting a good night's sleep, try this all natural sleep aid. (It will take some preparation but it will be worth it.)

30 minutes before bed:

Drink one small glass of warm milk.
Drink one small cup of Chamomile tea.

Take the daily recommended dose of zinc
Take the daily recommended dose of magnesium
Take the daily recommended dose of vitamin B6

(It's OK to take a multi B complex as well, but B6 is the one you're really looking for here.)

You will be amazed how well you sleep, especially during the morning hours roughly between 4am and 8~9am. Your REM cycles will be deeper, last longer and take you to the distant worlds of the dream time realm.

Remember that if you get enough zinc, magnesium and B6 in general you will sleep better, but if you take them all regularly, the "impact" will be lessened. I usually do this when I have the next day off and can sleep in. Do you know any other ways to get a good night's sleep? Please tell me!

I suffered for years with insomnia. Was normal to go 3-4 nights in a row with absolutley no sleep. It's not natural, but Trazodone has been a God send for me. Insomnia was more or less contributed by some depression and alot of anxiety. The combination of 1-1mg Klonapin mid afternoon and 1- 50 mg. Trazodone about 8pm, When my head hits the pillow, I can be asleep within 15 minutes or so. I'm not groggy the next morning and feel refreshed from a full nights sleep.

You can consult a doctor. Or maybe you could made your pillow and bed cosy like making/buying a pillow that has a height of 6 to 9cm, i heard this in a TV programme saying that it is a healthy way of sleeping well. I haven't try it yet(i sleep well normally without doing anything)but you could try and maybe it would works on you.Good luck! Have nice dream and sleep!

Exercising at lunch time lets me sleep better at night. Reading before bed, especially a boring book. Studying makes me sleepy. Not drinking coffee during the day helps.
