Eye contact and smile are most powerful source of attractions,some find hard to believe,but smiling while making strong eye contact shows someone that you are really like that person and that you find them very attractive and very interesting:) atleast it has been proven to me few times.

A casual smirk, a witty remark, usually a bit coy or humorous.
Coming on too strong never seems to work for anything other than making someone uncomfortable.

Its all about body language and energy. If you know how to pass on that energy without saying a word you will get what you want. Be confident and make that person feel like they are extra special.

aawwhh! iam having the same problem! give the guy hints like when you say hi, flirt with him, if you nervous you should send him a email and tell him to reply.I kno thats childish but it works.. or maybe if you really confident tell him. but theres always texting thers so much ways to tell a guy hun!
