this question is asked a lot this days!!! it's a sign people.. you should vote more and vote for the people who CAN sing!!! please just make him leave the show!!!! he should have left weeks ago.. actually he should have NEVER went to Hollywood in the first place.. i think his sister could have done a better job...

Apparently Howard Stern, the dj is encouraging his listeners to vote for Sanjaya. I've always thought stern was a dork, this proves it.
AI is a singing competition and Sanjaya CAN'T SING! He may be eye candy for the teeny boppers but he CAN'T SING.

A lot of people right now think its hilarious to keep voting for him and see what ear-bleed inducing performance he'll come with next week. He's got the pull of votefortheworst.com behind him, which like it or not helps. The other part comes from the soccer-mom demographic who sees that smile and farrah fawcett hair and just cant help but pick up the phone and bring their sobbing daughters to tapings.I'm just waiting for the rest of america to go "ok enough, jokes over" if we dont stop this kids gonna win.

Because he has not been voted off!!!!Our society is based more and more on those who probably were raised on cow's milk instead of the real thing, which may help explain the amount of passion, effort, sarcastic demeaning expressions, and lack of respect which appears in the vast majority of answers to this question.!$X&%*&$%#!!!

BECAUSE THE SHOW IS RIGGED!! And SanGAYa's teenie bobbers are voting for him to stay on. Let's get real.... The guy can't sing. It is obvious that American's are tone deaf because there are good singers leaving.
