I have lost 35 pounds so far, but am at a standstill. I would like to lose 15 more pounds. I am 5'10 " and I have a small build. I bicycle to work 3 miles each way M-F. I work out 4 days a week, two weight training classes, 1 cardio class and a running class.
I stopped eating desserts although I do eat frozen yogurt occasionally, I gave up bread , snacks except popcorn and soda. I usually drink a bottle of water and a low calorie yogurt for breakfast. I usually have fruit or cheese for my mid morning snack before I go work out and then for lunch I eat fruit and vegetables, sometimes cheese, natural peanut butter on celery, etc. Dinner I stick to meat, poultry or fish and a vegetable. I do have sugarless candy now and again. What am I doing wrong. I can't seem to lose that last 15 pounds. I don't snack between my many small meals. I have lost inches and I've kept the weight off, I just can't lose that last 15 pounds...Help!!!
