That usually means he likes the girl. As long as the picking on is light hearted and the girl doesn't get hurt and is okay with it then just have fun

No, the guy is a pest and does not respect either himself or the girl!
What would be your feelings if you knew that your father treated your mother that way before they married!

Sometimes this can be true, but other times a guy can just be doing this to get attention, or to make YOU like THEM, and once this happens, they'll act like they never treated you differently - boys and men are of a strange breed.

Depends on how mean it gets. My boyfriend are constantly picking on each other and we did when we first met. But we know we are just kidding, it's all in good fun.

Sometimes it's true but it could also mean that he's cruel and has a mean streak. If he's being playful, he likes you. Otherwise, he's a nasty bully.

it can. but not always. theres this guy who is or was friends with like all of my friends. but i HATED him he was such a jerk, so the only conversations we really had was like argument. sometimes my friends said i liked him or something, which i hated coz i defiantly did NOT like him. they didn't say it that often but still.
