My cramps are horrible! Everyone insists on me gettin on the mini pill, but I have been told they have bad side effects? What are some of them? Also what are some easy alternatives to soothing my cramos before they start and once they've started?

Her stomach she said felt like it was on fire, so I gave her a half of Tums, do you think it is just intergestion or more this is her second time telling me this, once was three days ago. My Mrs. owns 2.14 acres of dryland at InamKolathur village, Trichirappalli (Tamil Nadu), India. There is calm and serenity in this location. There are livelihood establishments in this village. We are interested to start and run an old age home for the really deserving and needy ,irrespective of caste or creed at the global level. No regional , sexual or communal bias will come to play to admit the inmates in the home.For this Community service , I am planning for jointly developing this idea for giving a shape. I plan to start a trust with prospective persons. Even the future inmates also should become the trustees.The thing is that we have to start from the scratch.
I am desirous of registering a trust with provisions for exemption from income tax, availing foreign contribution in line with the regulatory acts. A few years ago.. this car was giving me a hard time.... playing games with me... speeding up.. then slowing down slamming on the brakes, swerving into my lane.... I'm not sure what started it... I may have cut him off...honestly do not remember; but I snapped.. and as he was behind me, I slammed on my brakes threw a nearly full JambaJuice (in a styrafoam cup) out of my sunroof.. it splattered all over his car, and he backed off.....And today... I feel kinda bad.;yes, I know road rage issues...and I am working on the ;-)
Anyone else have done something like this?

I have taken her to two doctors in search of a clear answer and neither really gave me a solid one.They haven't given me a prescription just given me suggestions of over the counter creams, that haven't worked. She has these small red bumps that appear only on her cheeks periodicaly (usually in the spring and summer, hot climate). Sometimes one will turn into a pimple like bump. She says her cheeks do not itch and do not flake but they feel bumpy and dry. I know some of this sounds like eczema but I cannot find any info where it describes these exact symptoms. All types of eczema's itch? I have looked under several different common skin problems for children and really cannot find anything that describes what this is. Does anyone have a child with similar symptoms or suggestions ?

being working in a big firm, recently my Department Head had informed me that he had nominated my name to Management for transferring me out to another Department. It was a big shock for me as my performance is recognised. When i approached him, the justification that he gave me is because i do not have tardiness problems, so he needs to send someone with clear record to another Department so that people will have better perception toward my current Department! I personally felt that this is not a good justification. Usually bosses will try their best to retain their good staff . I am not keen to transfer out! I cant accept the justification as it is not acceptable! Please tell me your opinion, what should i do?

I applied for a job but it didnt say what it would be paying. So I nailed the interview and they finally told me the rate I would be making. Its not completely unfortunate, however it is an hour away(and its in Santa Barbara so I could never afford to live there which makes moving not an option.) so I feel like I'd be working to just pay the gas alone. Im not sure what to do now, stick with it or pull out?
