my testicals were x-rayed?

as I was getting my back x- ray by accident 4 years ago now I'm worred that it could have a long term effect as I hope to kids in the near future. No they didn't give me the metal plate to cover up! I'm pissed

You have absolutely nothing to worry about from a few x-rays. That's not going to harm your future children.

If they were only x-rayed once, I wouldn't worry. If it was multiple times, then contact them and ask about radiation emission levels from their machines.
