If I am on a train travelling at 1000kph and I shoot a gun having a bullet speed of 1000kph out the window in a direction directly opposite to that which the train is travelling, would the bullet simply fall to the ground theoretically speaking? Please refrain from discussing issues of wind ripping my arm off etc.

A pretty good client of mine was just elected to mayor of her town (I have no idea why the election was held yesterday, and not in November).
I thought it would be neat to give her a silver coin as a present - it's durable and attractive.
Here's why I'm asking the question here - the last election she participated in was a tie between herself and the incumbent. She lost to him by a coin toss.
I thought it would be fitting to send her a nice coin, and a sincere note of congratulations along with it.
Do you think the coin would upset her, or do you think a sincere "congratulations" would make it clear that I meant it in a good way?

I'm a 22 year old with a 2:1 degree, I have well paid job with prospects, my own place etc......

But all I'd like to do is settle down, give up work, raise a family and look after my boyfriend! I enjoy the whole domestic thing!

I'm not particularly ambitious and feel that there are more important things in life than a career. Yet, I'm told by my friends who are very ambitious and live for work that I'm wasting myself and that I shouldn't even consider that sort of life until I'm at least 30 - career first etc....

My friend is in the process of getting a full sleeve that he calls "The Destruction of the Dinosaurs". Basically, from his wrist to his elbow are some badass-looking dinosaurs, like a roaring T-Rex and a scary raptor, with palm trees and such. On his elbow is a comet sending off a huge blast into the dino's. Then on his bicep, you see stars that go into outer space with miscellaneous space-stuff, until you get to his shoulder, where there's the star-destroyer from Star Wars. I mean, that's pretty badass, and now I want to get one. I'm thinking an entire Star Wars theme; any suggestions?
