Psylocibin mushroom spores are legal to purchase in every state except California, Georgia, and Idaho. They can be somewhat tricky to grow, and can become deadly if there is any contamination during growth. I recommend going to the following site: http://www.erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/mushrooms.shtml

Hi there,
When you try your hand at mushroom growing yourself you know that they are both organic and that they will benefit the health of your family. In this day and age when so much of our lives seem controlled by the mechanized and the artificial, home grown mushrooms can provide a wonderful source of health building protein for your family. Best of all, this wonderful food is easy, and indeed almost effortless to grow. There are starter kits available that make the whole process extremely simple without spoiling the organic aspect of things in any way. These starter kits are an excellent way to learn the basics of growing mushrooms, and I would certainly recommend them if you have never grown mushrooms before.
This is a step by step guide you can use to start growing mushrooms at home http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=573
Cheers.

Hallucinoginic shrooms, right? I've never seen kits, but if you want some just take a trip to any place there are cows in Spring after a rain.
I live in Missouri and these things pop up all the time. The stoners I went to high school with loved them. I've never been one for things actively growing out of a cow pie though, lol.
But make sure you go with someone who knows what they are supposed to look like. There are more poisionous mushrooms out there than edible.

I don't know where you are, but theres a good chance that they are illegal. If you're in the US I know they're illegal. If you're in Canada or Europe then they're probably still illegal, but you wouldn't go to jail for growing for personal use because they're decriminilized in most of those places. I think they sell the kits out of the back of high times magazine, or you can order them online from holland too. Once again, if you're in the US, you can do jail time, lose your house and car, and never get a good job afterwards if you get caught. Check out www.erowid.org for more info.

You can't buy kits to grow magic mushrooms. The law is pretty strange, it is not illegal to grow them, but it is illegal to sell them, harvest them or make them ready for use. Something bizarre like that. Anyway, bottom line, you are not going to find a kit to grow them, and if you do, liklihood is they will not be magic mushrooms, but some poisonous fungi.

Keep away from them, KEEP AWAY. I have studies fungi for 25 years and have seen what they can do. They are not legal if they are being used as drugs. All magic mushrooms contain chemicals such as psilocybin or mescalin amongst other unpleasant things. These can cause flash backs for many years after any cause mental illness that can affect the rest of your life. Sorry to shout KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
