In Gods eyes who is right. God has always helped those whom he considered his children and destroyed those who came against his children. In the end of times which nation will be considered the one that is on Gods side? The US is corrupted but then so is Islam in the end how will God sort out the good from the bad and create one nation under God?

The US isn't a religion, Islam is. US is a country, Islam isn't.
Jesus is coming in the end of times. He will be the final judge and He will throw the evil ones in hell with Satan and then He will reign on earth with the righteous ones for 1000 years. He knows who are the faithful ones. Better than any human can know. We have a hard time just judge ourselves.
You left out the Jews. It was the Israelites, Hebrews, that were God's Chosen People. The 12 Tribes of Israel. In the end of times, Israel will return and the tribes are to come together again. Jerusalem is to reign. They are still waiting to the Messiah. Isn't Judaism corrupt also? .

One nation Under God will be when Jesus Comes back with his bride from the marriage supper, to rule & reign upon this earth for 1000 yrs. & then we will after that 1000 yrs then go into the eternal age, world without end.
