how on earth do people selling on their dog privately who care about their dog, have a genuine reason for selling, reassure themselves they are selling to a good home?
I have no intention of selling our dog- we've only had him a week, but the family we bought him from didn't care for him properly- we have found that out from the vet, and the fact that he flinches if we put our hand up to his head to rub it. Clearly they just wanted the first person with the appropriate sum of cash to take their dog, but how would you check a dog went to a 'good home' as some ads state they require?

I started at 224lbs 3 weeks ago, I am currently at 216. I am 5'5 and 26 years old.

According to all the calculators I burn about 3500-4000 cal a day. About 2000 cals from basal and 1500 - 2000 from exercise and daily activity. I take in about 1500 cals a day.

Am I burring fat or muscle? Is there a way to tell? I can lift a lot more not then I could when I started but I have no idea if that is an indicator. I have been feeling more energized as well. But after reading I am not sure if I am doing the right thing.

MIGRATION ? To describe the movement of illegal aliens into the USA?

Migration ..describes the movement of a population within its "own country", not to another country.

Just one more of his "Bushism mis-speaks"or a another reason perhaps ?
What do you think his intent was by his use of the word migration ?

Is there a name for the process where cats and dogs (and other various critters) glow blue/green/orange/whatever in the night? I know it's caused by the tapetum lucidem of the animal's eye but does the process have a particular name? I'm writing a novel and need to know how to describe the phenomena. If it has a technical name I'd prefer to use it. If not? It's a common enough occurance that I can swing a description that people will understand. Thanks!

We have a skin barrier that stops water loss to the outside - otherwise we would dry out like prunes in the sun very quickly. The dead skin on top of the barrier does dry out if the weather is drying or if the skin is washed with a harsh cleanser. Moisturisers applied to skin replace the water lost from the surface. So why do you think that drinking water is good for skin - I assume you do as near everyone seems to believe this.

This is a pretty confusing issue for a lot of pregnant women. The fact is when you're in your 5th week of pregnancy, you are 4 weeks pregnant! During the week you start your period, you are in your first week of pregnancy, but you have not yet completed any weeks so you are zero weeks pregnant.

I have a 95 neon. The problem started when I crossed the jumper cables in the dark when charging my discharged battery. None of the relays or fuses seem to have blown. I want to know if this wire is simply a plug or if i have to have it rewired.

The hair on my head is naturally quite a light blonde colour, but I have all kinds of hairs (naturally) mixed in- a few brown hairs and a few that are jet black. Yesterday I found a really thick black hair on my head and it got me wondering if other people have this. It seems really odd, and I don't quite understand how your hair can be so varied, since I was taught that hair colour is genetic- i.e. there's a gene for blonde hair, a gene for brown, a gene for black etc.

"there is not anyone else, i don't want anyone else." Should you take it seriously? There are just so many guys that give lines. We have been seeing each other casually. I plan on buying the land first and paying it off. Then I will buy the blueprints and have the foundation, framing/roofing done by a contractor. But I want to do the plumbing, electrical, insulation, flooring, drywall, etc...myself. What do you think? Is it cheaper to do it this way?

I'm English myself and have visited most of Britain/ UK or however you wish to term it. In my opinion people from Southern Ireland are the friendliest. What lovely welcoming folk they are. Ok it's stretching a point a bit as it is not in Britain or the UK, but it is a "home nation" if you like.

I am currently going into my 13th week of pregnancy, I have had severe morning sickness with nausea. Now I am still sick but am trying to start eating and there is nothing that I want to eat or drink. Everything I try to even think about eating makes me sick. What are some food ideas that maybe would be good?
