Probably.
Cut him some slack though........
Probably got whacked in the head a few times when he was POW.
It's catching up to him.

McCain is a weak minded person. He chose to stay in the prison camp rather than taking release and getting back to active duty. His excuse is he wanted to stay with his men (fellow prisoners in Vietnam). He thinks that was being loyal.
Is that what you want in a President -- someone who chooses the easy way out?
Fizzler. That's what he is. No strength in convictions that's why he flip-flops.
He should be thrown back in the lake where he can swim with the other small fish.

McCain is desperate.
This is absolutely his last chance at the Presidency,so he's trying to be all things to all people.
In this political climate, that's the death knell for any candidate.
He hasn't grasped that reality.
He's trying to play the politics of yesterday.

Every politician does that. They play to the majority instead of leading.

It's damn depressing. We all keep hoping for an honorable candidate, not another flip flopper.

He's a fisherman...
He's fishing for voters.
I can't stand politicians who won't stand solid for what they believe in.
